We have received reports of customers receiving calls from fake Etiqa representatives stating that a claim has been made under their names, usually demanding sensitive personal details such as confirmation of the customer’s full name, NRIC, mailing address, and bank account number – these are SCAM CALLS.

If you have fallen victim to financial fraud:
a) Immediately contact your bank or the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) at 997 upon discovery of an unauthorized transaction.
