Puan Khalijah Ismail was appointed as an Executive Director of Maybank Ageas Holdings Berhad on 1 April 2023.

She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Puan Khalijah is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Maybank, a position she held commencing 1 October 2021. Prior to that, she was the Group Financial Controller.

She has over 30 years leading various roles within Maybank Group, spanning across Corporate & Investment Banking, International Operations and Group Finance including managing Group-wide transformation programmes.

Puan Khalijah is a member of Professional Accountants in Business Committee (PAIBC) of MIA.
