For Travel customers, you may claim for trip curtailment, trip cancellation, travel delay, and missed travel connections (where applicable). You may submit your claims via the Etiqa+ app, or contact our Claims Careline at 1-300-88-1007 for further enquiries.

For Car customers, police report requirement for claims will be waived. If you require towing assistance in Hat Yai, you may request via the Etiqa+ app or call +603 2296 8600.
